Relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the serene dam, surrounded by lush green lawns and a vibrant array of birdlife, instantly connecting you with the wonders of nature.

Whether you seek a romantic escape or a memorable family holiday, our cottages offer an idyllic home away from home. Here you can enjoy leisurely strolls in nature or try your hand at trout fishing in the dam, or simply unwind as you soak in the tranquil views.

Indulge in a bit of romance and stay in our featured honeymoon suite, Sunbird. Adorned with tasteful decor, this suite has a full en-suite bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a coffee station. Situated on the waterfront with a sundeck overlooking the waters, it's the perfect space for couples seeking an enchanting getaway.

For a getaway with family or friends, we have a selection of six self-catering cottages, including three waterfront cottages perfectly positioned on the edge of the dam. Complete with sundecks, these cottages accommodate four people and provide fully equipped kitchens, open-plan living spaces, and comfortable rooms, with stunning views of the dam. For panoramic vistas of the dam and lush green lawns, our three Stone cottages are situated higher up the hill. These cottages feature open-plan living areas with fully equipped kitchens, as well as spacious upstairs and downstairs rooms that can accommodate up to six people.

The bed and breakfast rooms near the waterfront offer options for four or two guests. All rooms are equipped with TVs, full bathrooms, coffee stations, and mini-fridges.

At Springholm Cottages, you can immerse yourself in nature, enjoy picnics, birdwatching to spot waterfowl, or try your hand at fishing in the dam. Feel free to bring your own canoes and explore the waters. Should you require fishing gear, the local Wildfly shop in Nottingham Road can fulfil your needs, and fishing on our reserve does not require a license.

During your stay at Springholm Cottages, you'll have access to all the outstanding facilities at Brahman Hills.
